regarding privacy of customer information very seriously. This
policy explains how we use any customer information and how we

Why do we need customer information and how do we use it?
When applying through Barry Smart Finance, we need to know
your name, address, telephone and fax numbers, employment and
mortgage details. We also need to know the name of any joint
applicants. This information allows us to process your application
and tailor a loan to suit your needs and circumstances. We ask for
your telephone number so that we can contact you urgently if there
is a problem with your application.
What security do we use to protect your information?
When your application is made online, we offer the use of secure
server software which encrypts all information you input before it
is sent to us. This ensures that the information is reasonably
protected against unauthorised interception. In order to comply with

Does Barry Smart Finance disclose the information it collects to
